Amy and Ed have been best friends since 1999, so they know each other very well and complement each others skills to best serve their clients.
Amy has been a full-time REALTOR® since 2006 and absolutely loves it. Prior to that she worked many years in Human Resources, much of that in the Hospitality Industry. She is very personable, outgoing, gets along well with everyone and is almost always available to clients, other agents and everyone involved in a transaction; 7 days a week and into the evenings, even on vacation. Rest assured that your transaction will always be top priority!
Amy’s also a native Spanish speaker and is fully bilingual English/Spanish. Her background, outgoing personality and real estate experience combine to make a great client experience and their transactions go as smoothly as possible.
Ed is also a licensed Real Estate Agent, with a primary team role of Back Office and field support. His main functions are providing research, marketing, Information Technology, logistics and operations services. He also enjoys going out and showing property to clients with Amy and absorbing as much real estate knowledge as he can each time.
Prior to joining Amy on her Real Estate team, he enjoyed an 18 year career in Information Technology at a variety of companies, working in positions from Computer Programmer to Project Coordinator, Business Analyst and Technical Support. He applies that experience to helping the team be as efficient as possible.
In their spare time, they both enjoy all things Disney, movies and travel when possible, especially to Keller Williams Family Reunions!
Official Mascot
Casita (translation: a small house) is the Official Mascot of Amy Ruiz & Associates and our Director of Whimsical Marketing. Casita is the proud mother of two little casitas – Cassie and Cassidy. You can find Casita and her niños on Amy’s websites and social media accounts.
