Real Estate Rebate Details

The 10% refund is directly calculated out of my commission. Typically when a home is sold, the seller pays a commission (commonly 5% or 6% but is always negotiable and can be less) on the sales price of the home. That commission percentage is then split between the buyers agent and sellers agent. If I was referred to you from another agent, I also share a percentage of my side of the commission with the referring agent as well. The bottom line: Whatever my share of that split is, I will give 10% of that amount back to you through escrow!


You must not already be represented by a Real Estate Agent or receiving any other compensation or rebates on the transaction. For example, the 10% refund offer would not apply if you are already receiving a refund or rebate directly through Veterans United Home Loans or any other organization, and if I am already compensating them for that refund directly, which is then passed on to you. Either way you benefit!
